dive deeper into your yoga practice as we focus on moving our bodies intentionally with the breath whilst feeling grounded and strong.

outdoor yoga
get your feet in the ground as we flow along with the breeze at our beautiful outdoor location. you can even enjoy a drink and a cake after to really treat yourself!
